1.855.9.ORTHOLAB
DentSply OrthoLab™. Orthodontic Laboratory Services.

  • Pressure thermoforming provides superior internal adaptation compared to vacuum thermoformed appliances. The benefits are improved fit and function, leading to better compliance and case outcomes. Made with industry-leading Essix® PLUS™ Plastic to provide an optimum combination of esthetics and strength. Available as singles or value-priced sets of four.
  • Made with .030 wire, the standard
design features a labial bow, “C”
clasps and acrylic. Variations in
design, acrylic color and optional
accessories are also available.
  • Used for correction of thumb/tongue habit. Standard Hawley design with the addition of a looped .030 vertical crib. Other crib designs are also available.
  • Utilized for aesthetics or temporary space maintenance.
Incorporates any Hawley design with a choice of clasping
and plastic anterior/posterior pontics to replace missing
teeth. Pontics are available in both permanent and
deciduous dentition. Standard tooth shade is 62; Alternate
shades are available. To construct appliance in occlusion,
both upper and lower models must be submitted.
  • Use when elimination of occlusal
interference is an objective. Made
with acrylic and a .032 labial archwire
that extends from most distal molar
to most distal molar, with adjustment
loops in the cuspid area.
  • Standard Wraparound Hawley design with
the addition of .018 support wires crossing
the occlusion distal to the cuspids. This
addition supports the labial bow in proper
vertical position and prevents gingival
impingement.
  • Corrects irregular or relapsed upper or lower incisors. Reset any or all of the four incisors to a more ideal relationship. Made with resilient .026 wire and acrylic, it maintains or improves arch shape. Forces are directed from the labial or lingual. There is very little mesial or distal force, so this appliance should not be used to close space.
  • Standard Spring Retainer
design with the addition
of .031 ball clasp lingual
extensions along the
gingival of 1st and 2nd
bicuspids.
  • Corrects irregular or relapsed upper or
lower incisors; Also used when fixed
appliances are removed. The spring
provides greater flexibility to insure against
potential crowding or relapse, as well as
offering additional retention features. Final
detailed movements of incisors can be
achieved with a set-up. Full palate design
provides better retention and stability.

  • Corrects irregular or relapsed upper or lower incisors. Reset any or all of the four incisors to a more ideal relationship. Lingual helical springs provide excellent flexibility while allowing for minor adjustments. Full palate design provides better retention and stability.
  • “S” shaped wires are
exposed on lingual of
both upper and lower
appliances, allowing for
greater access with triple
beak pliers for enhanced
adjustability.
  • Use for in-office or take-home bleaching; Available with or without reservoirs.
  • Ideal for finishing, closing spaces and limited rotation of incisors (set-up required). Made from transparent polycarbonate and 200 gram Sentalloy® Ni-Ti Closed Coil Springs that provide consistent force activation without the need for replacement. Force delivery is constant when needed, and passive for maintenance. Superior aesthetics and absence of occlusal or palatal coverage enhance patient acceptance.
